Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice

As you are all aware, currently the demands on NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastage is by the patients booking the appointments and not turning up. To reduce the wastage and to increase the awareness, we are trying to monitor the number of appointments go unattended.


The number of appointments that were not attended in February 2024 is 254

eConsult will be switched-off during bank holidays & will be switched on from 8:00am next working day. Self-help and signposting to local services will remain available.
