COVID-19 Spring Booster Vaccination
The NHS is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to those at highest risk from severe illness. Evidence suggests that the immunity from Covid vaccines wears off after 6 months in those over 75 years of age and severe immunosuppression. The current spring booster is only for over 75s and those who are severely immunosupressed.
Eligibility
- Adults aged 75 years and over
- Residents in a care home for registered older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who are severely immunosuppressed.
