Did Not Attend

As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resource are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastages is by patients booking the appointments which go unattended. The number of appointments which were not attended in October 2025 is 328. We want to regretfully announce that 31 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointments in the month of October 2025 despite text message sent to them on the Friday before.
