Did Not Attend

As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resource are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastages is by patients booking the appointments which go unattended. The number of appointments which were not attending in September 2025 is 296. We want to regretfully announce that 18 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointments in the month of September 2025 despite text message sent to them on the Friday before.
