Patient Notice – Did Not Attend (DNA)

As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastages is by patients booking the appointments which go unattended. The number of appointments which were not attending in August 2025 is 211. We want to regretfully announce that 29 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointments in the month of August 2025 despite text message sent  to them on the Friday before.
