Patient Notice

As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastages is by patients booking the appointments which go unattended. The number of appointments of appointments that are not attended in July 2025 is 258. We want to regretfully announce that 28 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointments in June despite text message sent to them on the Friday.
