Patient Notice – Did Not Attend (DNA)

As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastages is by patients booking the appointments which go unattended. The number of appointments that were not attending in May 2025 is 207. We want to regretfully announce that 16 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointments in May despite text message sent to them on the Friday.
