Patient Notice – Did Not Attend (DNA)

As you are all aware, currently the demands on NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well. One of the NHS resource wastage is by the patients booking the appointments and not turning up. To reduce the wastage and to increase the awareness, we are trying to monitor the number of appointments go unattended. The number of appointments that were not attended in December 2024 is 283. We want to regretfully announce that 24 patients did not turn up for Saturday phlebotomy appointment in the month of December despite texting reminder sent to them on Friday before.
