Nurse Practitioner – Minor Illness Sessions

We are very pleased to offer a new service to our patients*. Our existing nurse, Julie Crouch, is a qualified Nurse Practitioner and now provides Minor Illness / Triage consultations. You will be offered an appointment for the following conditions / problems:

  • Cold
  • Cough
  • Throat infections
  • Diarrhoea
  • Vomiting
  • Skin rash
  • Skin Problems
  • Eye problems
  • Aches and pains
  • Back pain
  • Urinary symptoms
  • Wound care
  • Vaginal discharge symptoms
  • Infected toe / finger
  • Athlete’s foot
  • Folliculitis

*  This service is NOT suitable for patients UNDER TWO years of age
