As you are all aware, currently the demands on the NHS are constantly increasing. However, the NHS resources are significantly being wasted as well.
One of the main NHS resource wastage is by the patients booking the appointments and not turning up. To reduce the wastage and to increase awareness, we are trying to monitor the number of appointments that go unattended.
The number of appointments that were not attended in March 2024 is 227.

Non-urgent advice: eConsult
eConsult will be switched-off during bank holidays & will be switched on from 8:00am next working day. Self-help and signposting to local services will remain available.
